Sign the Petition: let’s end wage theft!

Wage theft doesn’t often make the front page. When a waitress from East Portland is shortchanged by her employer – fifty dollars this week, a hundred dollars the next – it doesn’t lead the nightly news.

But, when you add it up, this form of theft wrecks havoc on working families that are struggling to make ends meet. And it gives an unfair advantage to unscrupulous employers over those who are doing the right thing.

I’m fighting to pass stronger laws to go after wage theft in Oregon during this session of the Legislature. And I’m calling on my supporters to add their voice.

Sign the Petition: tell Salem it’s time to act now on wage theft!

Wage theft is a major problem in Oregon. It’s time we do something about it.

Thank you for taking a stand!
